Downey Day handles employment, professional liability and general

venued in San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Alameda, San Joaquin, Kings and San Francisco counties. Downey Day employs telephonic appearances on routine court hearings to keep defense costs to a minimum.

Founding Partner - Peter M. Downey
Peter Downey is the founding partner of Downey Day. He was
initially trained in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where
he obtained extensive trial experience. For the past 20 years he has
represented the interests of employers and professionals in a wide
variety of legal matters. He received his Juris Doctor degree from
California Western School of Law in 1989 where he was a Staff Writer
and Lead Articles Editor on Law Review. He has taught Law Practice
Management classes as a guest lecturer at both The John Marshall Law
School in Chicago and Pepperdine University Law School in Malibu,
Ca.
